We already tried E-Bay. No luck.
We tried an adult small (mine) and that still was way to big.
The kid wants to dress up as Jack O'Neil at Adventure con.
If there is nothing to be found, any ideas from folks as to how to create the look. without spending $$$.

They usually have a good supply of tac vests and they might have one small enough.
